The 3rd Bearsden Company of The Boys Brigade (BB) is based in Killermont Parish Church and section meetings are on a Wednesday and Friday evening.
The Anchor Boys meet from 6.00-7.00pm and the Junior Section from 7.15-9.00pm on a Wednesday.
The Company Section meets on a Friday at 7.15pm.
Membership of the Anchor Boys is open to all boys currently in primaries 1, 2 and 3 (Boys must be 5 years old), Junior Section Primaries 4, 5 and 6 and Company Section Primary 7 to 18yrs.
All sections provide a range of activities suited to the age of the boys, with a greater emphasis on games for the Anchor Boys and more challenging and stimulating activities for the differing age groups in the Junior and Company Sections.

In addition to Christian Education, we teach the benefits of teamwork, discipline, learning and consideration for others. Through these activities we hope to develop confidence and faith.
The emphasis in all BB sections is to ensure that the boys have fun and enjoy the benefits of membership of the great organisation that is The Boys’ Brigade, all within a safe and caring environment.
The Boys’ Brigade continues to grow in many parts of the world, changing to meet the needs of today’s young boys.
