Getting better after a strokeThe Way Ahead Group meets on Thursdays at 1.15pm in Church and Lesser Halls.

Formed in 1996 by the Association of Bearsden Churches, this Group is for people who are recovering after a stroke.

It enables members to meet with other people in a similar situation, to share their experiences and to take part in exercise under the guidance of two physiotherapists.

People may take part in group exercises, and some individual treatment is available too.

Refreshments and home baking are provided.
